Welcome to ABIGALECrafts. Here you can find answers to common questions about our handmade journals, planner covers, binders, stationery accessories, shipping, payment, and custom orders. If you need more help, please contact us anytime.
1. Orders
You can place an order directly on our website. Simply choose the item you love, select the available options such as size, color, or personalization, add it to your cart, and complete checkout.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your order. If your order has not entered production or shipping preparation, we will do our best to help. Once an order has been processed, customized, or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
If your order has not yet entered production or shipping preparation, cancellation may be possible. Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items cannot be canceled once production has started.
Please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct shipping address. If your order has not been shipped, we will try to update the address. Once the package has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
2. Shipping
Yes, we ship to many countries and regions worldwide. Shipping availability, shipping time, and delivery cost may vary depending on your location.
Most orders are prepared within 3–7 business days. Handmade, personalized, engraved, or custom items may require additional processing time, especially during busy seasons or holidays.
Estimated shipping time depends on your destination country and shipping method. International shipping may take longer due to customs processing, local postal delays, or holiday periods.
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please note that tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the package has been shipped.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees may be charged by your country or region. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Payment
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods available at checkout. Available payment methods may vary depending on your country, currency, device, and payment provider.
Yes. Your payment is processed through secure checkout technology and trusted payment providers. ABIGALECrafts does not directly store your full credit card information on our website.
4. Custom Orders & Personalization
Not every product can be customized. Please check the product page carefully to see whether personalization is available for that item.
Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake.
5. Product Size & Compatibility
A5: Larger, suitable for daily writing and sketching.
A6: Compact and easy to carry.
Weeks: Slim, narrow planner covers.
6. Handmade Products
Yes. Small differences in stitching, texture, engraving depth, or color tone are part of the handmade character. These details make every piece unique.
7. Returns & Refunds
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review and provide a suitable solution.
8. Product Care
Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. For leather/PU, wipe with a soft cloth. For fabric, spot clean gently and avoid machine washing.
