2. How to Place a Custom Order

2. Select the available personalization option on the product page.

3. Enter your custom text exactly as you would like it to appear.

4. Double-check spelling, capitalization, and spacing before ordering.

5. Complete checkout as usual.

Please review your text carefully. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer. Double-check:

Most custom orders are prepared within 3–7 business days. During holidays, production may take longer.

Because these are made especially for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect due to our mistake. We cannot accept returns for:

Incorrect text entered by customer / Wrong size selected
Change of mind / Slight color differences
Natural handmade variations
