To be eligible for a return:
- Condition: The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Packaging: The item must be returned with its original packaging.
- Request Period: You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request return approval.
Personalized, custom-made, and engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email support@abigalecrafts.com and include:
- Your order number.
- The item name.
- The reason for the return.
- Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- Damaged Item: The item arrived damaged.
- Defective Item: The item has a verified defect.
- Incorrect Item: We sent the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all approved returns.
4. Return Deadline
- Contact Period: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Shipment Period: After approval, the item must be mailed back within 7 days.
5. Exchanges
Yes, we accept exchanges. If you need to exchange an eligible item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at support@abigalecrafts.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Only unused, unaltered items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for exchange.
- Custom Items Notice: Personalized, custom-made, and engraved items are final sale and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
- Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and re-shipping fees for the new item, unless the exchange is due to a product defect or our shipping error.
6. Refunds
- Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: We process approved refunds within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Bank Processing: Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
