1. Handling & Processing Time
At ABIGALECrafts, every item is handmade to order or small-batch curated.
- Ready-to-ship items: Processed within 2-3 business days.
- Custom Engraved Items: Please allow 5-7 business days for our artisans to perfect your bespoke details.
2. Estimated Shipping Time
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times to our primary markets are as follows:
- United States: 7 - 14 business days.
- Europe & UK: 8 - 14 business days.
- Other Regions: 10 - 20 business days.
*Please note: These are estimates. Rural areas or peak seasons may require additional time.
3. Shipping Methods
We partner with reliable international carriers to ensure your journals and covers arrive safely:
- Standard Shipping: ePacket / Local Postal Services (USPS for the US).
- Premium Shipping: Available upon request or for high-value orders (via FedEx or DHL).
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your parcel and your destination. You will see the final shipping cost at the checkout page before completing your purchase. Below is our detailed rate guide:

5. Free Shipping Policy
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD (Primary focus: United States).
For orders below $50, a flat-rate shipping fee will be applied based on the destination.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes and customs duties:
- Customer Responsibility: Any customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict or control these charges.
- Policy: If a package is refused due to customs charges, any original shipping fees and return costs will be deducted from your refund.
7. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages
We strive for smooth deliveries, but in case of anomalies:
- Lost/Stolen: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact your local carrier first. If confirmed lost in transit, contact support@abigalecrafts.com.
- Returned Parcels: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping costs.
8. Potential Delays & Notices
While we strive for punctuality, please be aware of potential delays due to:
- Logistics Disruptions: Unforeseen global events or lingering regional health controls may occasionally impact transit times.
- Customs Clearance: International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, which can add 2-4 days to the delivery.
