1. Processing Time
Processing time depends on the type of item ordered.
- Ready-to-ship items: Usually processed within 2-3 business days.
- Personalized or engraved items: Usually processed within 5-7 business days.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
- United States: 7-14 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 8-14 business days
- Other international destinations: 10-20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local carriers, holidays, weather, or seasonal delays.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $50 USD.
- Orders below $50 USD: Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order contents.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees.
- Customer Responsibility: These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Important Note: We do not control or predict customs charges applied by your country or region.
5. Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after your order has been dispatched.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives with a delivery issue, please contact support@abigalecrafts.com.
- Delivered but not received: Please first contact your local carrier.
- Further assistance: If you still need help, email us and we will do our best to assist.
7. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- Incorrect Address: If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Unclaimed Package: If a parcel is returned because it was unclaimed, re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
